Derby Dinner Playhouse will present PETER PAN, now through August 9, 2015.

PETER PAN is a musical masterpeice that will enrapture anyone who is young at heart! The Darling home will never be the same once Peter Pan arrives, whisking Wendy, John, and Michael away to Neverland! But even Neverland has its problems, mostly centered around a band of pirates and their infamous leader, Captain Hook.  As the children make friends with the Indians, save a fairy, and battle the pirates, they soon find that anything can happen with a little bit of imagination!

PETER PAN is based on the play by James M. Barrie with music by Mark Charlap and lyrics by Carolyn Leigh. It features delightful numbers like “I Won’t Grow Up”, “I’m Flying”, “Neverland”, and “I Gotta Crow".

This production is directed by Lee Buckholz, with choreography by Heather Paige Folsom and Musical Direction by Scott Bradley.

Jon Hacker is absolutely brilliant as Peter Pan! His self-assured, playful antics completely mesmerize the audience. Madeline Perrone is just infectious as Wendy, taking theater goers on a wonderful flight! Braedan Criss as the young Michael Darling is a real cast standout! The reprise of "I Gotta Crow", with an endearing scene with both Criss and Hacker is one of the best performances in the entire production!

The Derby Dinner Playhouse is located right in Clarksville, Indiana... just over the bridge from Louisville, Kentucky. It is a theater in the round, and has been in operation since 1974, making it one of the oldest and largest continuously operating theatres in the country!

You will receive a top notch production for your ticket price, plus a mouth-watering meal, served buffet style, boasting delicious favorites like fried chicken, mouth-watering pasta selections, and a meat carving station. Some of the best desserts around are also offered, like the Brownie Sundae!

And make sure to be there early for the Footnotes, Derby Dinner Playhouse's very own musical spectacular! They are refreshing, delightful, and a great kick off to the evening's festivities! With this particular production, the Footnotes perform selections from the upcoming new season at the Derby Dinner Playhouse.  It's great fun!
