"Kinky Boots" will be playing at the Aronoff Center in Cincinnati through January 17th. If you are in the mood for a night of "feel good" fun, then this is the night out for you!

When Charlie's father leaves his fading shoe factory in his son's hands, Charlie soon finds that sometimes you just have to shake things up a bit. With the help of his fabulous new friend Lola, Charlie works to save his family's business and his friend's jobs, all while learning that you can change the world when you just change your mind.

This boisterous hit includes glitzy performances of "The Most Beautiful Thing In The World", "Sex Is In The Heel" and "What A Woman Wants". This production is just packed to the brim with brilliant songs, and who would expect any less from the Grammy and Tony-winning legend Cyndi Lauper, who penned both the music and the lyrics.

With direction and choreography by two-time Tony Award winner Jerry Mitchell, and the book by four-time Tony Award winner Harvey Fierstein, the legends just keep rolling in!

The cast includes J. Harrison Ghee, Adam Kaplan, Tiffany Engen, Aaron Walpole, Patty Lohr, Charissa Hogeland, Jim J. Bullock and many more!

The crowd erupts the moment Ghee graces the stage, many literally on the edge of their seats. The chemistry between Ghee and Kaplan is endearing, especially as their budding friendship begins to take hold. A stand-out moment is their heart-wrenching rendition of "Not My Father's Son".

And if their performance brings the crowd to tears, Engen's on-stage antics balance out the evening with side-splitting laughter, following each expression and every gesture from this multi-talented performer.

If you find one good reason to brave the cold, let it be to see "Kinky Boots"! This production will warm your soul, put a smile on your face and have you scouring your favorite shoe store for shiny red boots.
