This musical performance is full of romance, mayhem and horror, showing through November 5th at CenterStage.
In this age-old struggle between the very essence of good and evil, Dr. Jekyll takes the audience through the trials and tribulations of his maniacal genius. Mixed precariously with romance and passion, this performance brings the audience to the brink of madness and back again.
With the book and lyrics written by Leslie Bricusse, and the music by Frank Wildhorn, the true brilliance shines through in numbers like "This Is the Moment," "Alive," "In His Eyes" and "Dangerous." And with a cast so wonderfully paired with these imaginative roles, standouts like Mike Fryman as Henry Jekyll, Jessica Adamson as Lucy and Margo Wooldridge as Emma Carew will make the audience wonder if this is, in fact, community theater after all.
